"How to begin? I am beyond thrilled with the work Elite did in my home. In all, they: ripped out carpet from every single room (and inside every closet), replaced it with gorgeous flooring; removed the tile from around and in front of my fireplace and replaced it; removed and replaced the tile floors from two bathrooms; installed new kitchen countertops; and installed a new backsplash in the kitchen. They sent me to ProSource to pick out all my materials and those people were incredibly helpful. Elite was always responsive, kept me informed about the schedule, and answered my emails promptly. They were thoughtful about making sure I was disrupted as little as possible and made the whole process easy for me. Their work is incredible--they pay attention to the little details and everything looks simply gorgeous. I feel like I'm living in a whole new place and I love it. “I love my new bathroom so much, it's even nicer than the bathrooms at the fancy hotels I have been staying at lately for work. Andrea picked out everything: all the tile/tile design, tub, toilet, vanity, color scheme. Jerry did amazing tile work, very detail oriented (and I am very picky). Jerry even was able to calmly corral my jumping barking crazy min pins into the back bedroom when they got out one day. Not an easy task! I highly recommend Elite Installations for anything you need done around the house. They did my roof and gutters. They did it in the middle of winter, were very quick and did an amazing job. Left no mess. I also had Andrea pick out the color for my bedroom and she had one of her guys come over, puddied up all my new windows (after Anderson windows did a hack job install), and paint. I am so glad I left the color choice up to her, I am awful at picking out colors from a swatch. Now I have a zen bedroom and bathroom - thanks to Elite!”
